Physical Disability

Disabled people are often spoken about as though they form one group. However, every disabled person has different health conditions and challenges. This is something we recognise here at Certified Care Solutions Ltd, providing personalised care for disabled adults. We make sure that you receive the care you need so that you can live a happy and comfortable life. We never provide a one-size-fits-all solution. Our service is entirely centred on you and your needs.

Personal Care

The term of “personal” care is as subjective as it gets. After all, we have our own habits unique to us, which makes them personal. As we get older and suffer from illness, injury, or disability, the ability to feel fresh and clean isn’t just a privilege, it’s a fundamental right that we all need. It’s beneficial to our overall health and well-being, but feeling clean makes us feel more confident and happier, especially when it’s time to head out.

Dementia Care

Dementia care services can provide the full support that an individual suffering from this condition will need. Be aware that while there is no cure with the right level of support it is possible to slow the disease down and potentially reduce the impact. This can lead to improvements in the quality of life of the person with the condition as well as their friends and family members.

Companionship

Unfortunately, a vast majority of older adults experience loneliness or isolation. They might not be able to get out to visit friends and other loved ones as regularly as they might have in the past. Many of their friends may also be in the same situation and may not be able to get to visit them as much as they like either. Having home care can mean the difference between a day alone or a day with companionship for an older person. As well as the more logical and primarily essential benefits that come hand in hand with elderly home care, they will benefit from conversation and time spent with another person.

Respite Care

Our respite care services are designed to provide temporary care for your family members, giving you the necessary opportunity to rest and relax. As a carer, ensuring your needs are recognised and met can be just as important as the quality of respite care you provide your loved ones. Certified Care Solutions understand the stresses that long term home care come with, so we offer you a team of qualified respite carers, which will give you the time and space to rejuvenate and recharge, returning to your respite care duties fully refreshed.

Mental Health

At Certified Care Solutions Ltd, we value independence and individuality. However, short-term or long term mental health conditions make it more difficult to achieve this. We can support you to make a difference and improve your health and well-being. We have a team with 20 years experience in helping individuals deal with mental health.

Housekeeping Services

Enjoy the flexibility and relaxation of returning to a well maintained and freshly clean home complete with new linen on the beds.

Selecting your housekeeping assistance from Certified Care Solutions means you maximise the time you’d prefer to spend with the family, achieving personal goals, working, enjoying your family.

Live-in Care

Our live in care services are available to those who need 24 hour care. Certified Care Solutions Ltd will support you with constant and round-the-clock care. It might feel overwhelming living with someone in your home 24 hours a day. However, we will provide you with care that is centred and individualised to you. We consider your needs, preferences and routines.
